Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. DevDeck support can also assist. Provide the order reference, purchase email and reason; do not send card security codes, passwords or license keys. Paddle processes refunds through the original payment method.
Submit requests promptly. Paddle’s policy includes statutory withdrawal rights that depend on location, purchase type and digital delivery, and allows discretionary requests within fourteen days of a transaction to be reviewed individually. A request is not automatic approval. You can still contact support about duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions or product problems outside that period. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancel future renewals through Paddle’s subscription management link or billing email, or contact Paddle buyer support. Access continues through the paid period with no subsequent renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Refund eligibility for renewal charges follows applicable rules and circumstances.
After Paddle confirms a refund, settlement time depends on the payment provider and bank; refer to its notice. Instant settlement is not promised. Associated paid licenses may be revoked after a full refund. Partial-refund effects depend on the resolution. Refunds do not remotely delete local files or workspace data.
